Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at BlueBird Trauma Counseling located in Wichita Falls, TX for a Counselor/LPC/Associate/Intern. The role involves providing counseling services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating group therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate client records.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Counselor/Therapist Associate license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in trauma-informed care and counseling techniques
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations for counseling practices
